Part of the Bible reading today was in Acts 6 and covered the origin of Deacon ministry. I am so thankful for the Deacons of FBC who lovingly care for the needs of our congregation.

Kids up front! In an effort to free up some needed seats on Sunday mornings, we are going to try something this Sunday: have the kids congregate at the front of the Sanctuary prior to the service and sing there during musical worship. There will be adult supervision there at the front. The kids will then be dismissed to FBC kids after we sing together. We had 58 kids last Sunday, so this will be a great help in seating during our one Summer service. See you Sunday!
